I would assume hackers, just due to the fact that there's tents loaded at a common place, not in the forest. Though they do have people on overwatch, you would think someone would get to that stuff/kill the guards.

You would have to go into the options and change it from "Full Screen" to "Windowed" mode and then use the "Print Screen" button like you would normally do for screenshots.

Players. Once sniped at NWA, but thankfully my friend made it out alive. Sniped in Cherno once because it was my 2nd day playing, so I was an idiot. A gunfight with a person at Zelenogorsk supermarket. And one other time at NWA where my 2 friends and I had a gunfight with a sniper. He sniped one of my friends, while my other friend and I hid in the corner waiting for the sniper to come try to finish us off. He ended up killing us both, but good times XD. And then a couple times where my friend accidentally shot me. Good times though.

For the low price of only 5 forum beans, I'll tell you how to survive! Or, you can just look at the great guides on the forums and not deal with some troll. There's like whores on Facebook and YouTube, and now it appears there's bean whores as well. Lol XD

No, I wouldn't shoot unless shot at. And, in competition for food and water, I know I wouldn't have the balls to kill someone. Most likely I'd die on the first day of the zombie apocalypse due to me not wanting to kill anyone, or from me being a dumbass around the zombies. XD

I've only experienced 2 hackers... One in 1.7.1.3 or something of the sort, it was the hack that kills everyone on a server. Another time, might have been an admin fucking with us, or a hacker. This one didn't do anything aggressive, he made us start dancing and waving and such, though my friend and I logged out before he decided to kill everyone.

Exactly. Either way, players now have the ArmA games to play, if it becomes a standalone, well, we're just going to officially have to pay for the game, =p

After reading the pages since I posted my story, I now have a new goal in DayZ. Going to play some creepy sounds over VOIP (maybe some Nocturne, Shaco, or Fiddlesticks sounds from League of Legends? Other creepy ones I can find too. XD) and play them for a bit. The guy's video a couple pages back made me want to do it. After I finish my fun, I shall sprint at them with an axe while playing some madmen's laughter sound. But first, I must learn how I can play audio files over VOIP. XD

Only thing I could think of. I was heading to Balota airfield, I was prone and heading to the ATC tower, and I was passing by the first or second hangar, as I see a bolt of light go through the air, then I see a second. I tell my friend over Skype (who had disconnected a little ago) about the light. As I'm telling him, I hear an explosion in the direction I saw the light go. Then another explosion. They both sounder close. Seconds after they stopped, more explosions happened probably 50m from my left. I kept hearing the explosions and seeing the clouds. I ended up standing up and bolting over to the ATC tower, then d/ced. I'm guessing it was a hacker, but it still scared the shit out of me.

I'm just curious if any of you know the spots at NWA where most snipers are. Yesterday when my friend and I went to loot it, we were immediately fired upon. We both got tree cover, and as I was crawling backwards, I got shot twice and died. My friend somehow made it out alive and grabbed some of my stuff. He's still using my map XD. But yeah, I was just wondering where the snipers are so we can scout it out better in the future.

My friend and I were going to go into one of the warehouses (I believe east of Elektro or Cherno) even though there was no loot on us. We both wanted to do some inventory management. I stood in front of him so I could open it, and, him being the new player he was (first day on ArmA 2 and DayZ) he tried to use the mouse wheel to open it. No idea how he did it, but he ended up shooting me in the back with the revolver. He apologized and we were both laughing. Good times, but the asshole made me lose ~2-3k blood. XD What experiences have you guys had?

Ahh ok. We checked the eastern end, I believe, and we checked from all the bushes from the eastern end to the barracks, ACT, and fire stations but there wasn't anyone. We were assuming they were on the other end of the runway or on the towers with the platforms that line the airfield, as we were north of the barracks and the shots were (we think) coming from the other side. We didn't see anything though, but oh well. We're just going to have to be a bit more careful next time.
