You are going in the right direction, but many of these are already being put into the SA. The reason I say that is because if Dayz was like any generic zombie game, it would suck.

Well colekern I kind of dislike the M4 mainly because of its lack of range and lack of a buttstock to smash with. That is why I go Kalashnikov.

Idk not to be a movie stereotype, but mine would be either an AK-47 or an M1 Carbine. The ak is very tough and can be treated like crap and it will still fire. The M1 Carbine is a WW2 rifle that fires 7.62 rifle cartridge and is semi- automatic and only weighs 5.2 pounds.

True, I hope in the SA they add a more realistic health system, because I want to be able to pick up and carry my buddy who has been shot 3 times to safety and dramatically try to stop his bleeding.

I agree, the double barrel could use a boost. IRL if you get shot up close with a shotgun you are going to bleed like hell. Beans for Gews.

Nice idea, but there are a few exploitable points. Some Players will probably just purposely get themselves sick and take meds to insta-heal. So I have two ways to prevent that. First, make it that if you use meds to speed up healing, immunization should not build up as fast as it normally would, with the exception of vaccines. Second, there should be an overdose/addiction system. IRL painkillers, especially oxytocin are addictive, and so is morphine. If you take too many painkillers, you should constantly need them or you get the shakes, sickness, and other affects.

True Gews but maybe we should make the clothes separate, like they will in the SA. Btw if the SA has individual clothes, I am going with leather jacket, tactical vest, jeans, some boots and some shoes. Badass.

Idk it would be a question of how the survivor that washed up on a beach could get flares. Maybe he took them with him when he jumped off a boat, hence spawning on the beach. If that is added then every survivor should have a basic emergency kit.

IRL bandits would probably not wear clothes that tell you that they are bandits. It is more realistic and would base the game more on trust.

Well crob, the purpose of the suggestion forums are to innovate and make new ideas, not suggest the same ones over and over again. We need to come up with new ideas constantly so that Dayz SA won't just be another generic zombie game. Dayz is great because it is different.
