it still exists, I joined a server where it was pitch black night, even when you turn up gamma, it doesn't even help. I ran through a village with my flashlight on and then i saw a guy with a gun. Turned off my flash light and ran in zig zags through the streets. The guy shot in bursts and I got killed, like he had some sort of hack.

I'm at NW airfields, and everytime I log in that texture glitch is all there. Every server I go on. I tried reinstalling dayz files, flushing, reinstalling beta patch and it's still there. It wasn't like this before.

When you press the escape button, the save button and respawn button appears clickable for half a second to a full second. If you're mouse skills are fast enough you can press the respawn button before it becomes un-clickable. If you miss, you can press escape again to return to the menu and you'll have another chance. I was curious what it would do since I thought Rocket removed it, I clicked the respawn button and what do ya know. It respawns you. Lost all my gear :) Haha, my fault there.

Would you be pissed if they were working on a full version release that you have to pay of the mod now that you've recently bought ARMA 2 just for DayZ? or they decided to focus the DayZ mod on Arma 3? Lots of people here bought ARMA 2, an 3 year old game just for the purpose of this mod.

It's a video game. We want to have fun. I know this is alpha, but Rocket has removed some essential stuff like the side channel. You play on a full server and you feel completely alone, not motivated to move around the map and everyone feels like everyone is a hostile turning it into a shoot em up fest. Other than that, all im asking is don't turn this into a simulator...

OMGGG!! FK!! Nvm!! it's bugged...atleast for the camo clothing. I just wore it a few mins ago, and it put me into the ocean... fml and guys hes talking about when you equip it, not when you have it on already...

Someone was nice enough to give me a ghillie suit (a random guy with civilian clothing on), i wore the suit and it put me into the ocean for like a split second. it looked like some kind of glitch then it went back to normal. So i guess it's fine.

So the reason why your lagging playing on a server even on a low ping one is because there are over 30 players on the server your playing on. Try joining a server that has less than 25 players and that might help out the lag. It really helped me a lot.

How do i manually download the patch? is it on the dayzmod.com file archives? do i download the whole torrent again? it doesnt say 1.7.1.1....
