PVP is a major part of this game. If it was removed it would be quite boring. Even to the people that hate it. They just don't understand that.

Dayz is a great idea for a video game, the zombie post-apocalyptic world combined with the survival aspects that have been incorporated into this game/mod make a great combination. This game has great great potential and I would love to see it succeed. But as a game becomes more popular more players hear of it and decide to try it themselves which is great for the mod in general speaking. But everyone has their own idea of "fun" in a game. Many of which are conflicting with others ideas of "fun" in a game. Some players for example want a more casual experience while others want a more hardcore experience. This leaves game developers to decide which player group they want to please and make a game for, because it is often very hard if not impossible to make a game that satisfies both parties. This is good though and is why we have a variety of video games and genres. But as a game is just starting out such as Dayz and is open to all types of players and does not yet have a set player type in mind the game oftenly comes under fire from many player types saying where the game should go, what should be added/removed etc. This turns most suggestions for a game into a war of casual players, often teased as carebears vs. more hardcore players. Which leads me to my question, where is this game going? Has rocket said which group this mod is going to be tailored for? Or does he have more a of a set vision in mind for this mod? Please, no flame. I just want to have a calm discussion on this. (I know that doesn't happen very often on the internet but can we try?)

Suuuurrreee. ;) Most people (Including me) go north for the seclusion from players. Also, having a group/clan is hard in the south. And yes I do want military grade loot, and no, Balota isn't going to cut it. How long has your current character been alive btw? I am on day 8 in the north. I feel like I can survive much longer up there.Why do you dislike the north so much? Have you even tried it?

Has anyone found one of these? If you have, where? I haven't found before and I would really like to have one. I know it says its moderate in rarity on the wiki and I know it says barracks but I have never seen one in-game. Has anyone else?
