Awesome! Just one bone to pick about this latest one: Myth 1: Your myth was about destruction from "one shot", but you never specified what kind of shot. You use the anti-materiel rifle, a ridiculously powerful gun, but fail to show us that shooting the vehicle somewhere other than the engine block will not blow it up; with a gun that strong, it's a legitimate concern. I'd have also liked to see some small arms fire into the engine block to show whether any old bullet will one-shot a car. That's all I have. Absolutely amazing testing with the zombie-can-kill and the jerry-can-fire; I was really surprised those were true!

Of course everyone you see shoots on sight. You don't see all the people who choose not to shoot you, because they don't draw attention to themselves. And insulting someone for playing Call of Duty, which was a fairly good game for its time, is an ignorant form of mass slander that screams prejudice. -

I would never recommend any pre-built. They're overpriced, of questionable quality, and worst of all by far: you won't learn the skills you'll need to take care of your own machine if you have someone else make it for you. Plus both of those systems are cripplingly underpowered, anyway.

Your card is old and fairly lackluster. Your RAM is passable, but just barely. Your CPU is ancient and, though you don't display the speed, unlikely to be a showstopper. You're running Windows XP, which was a great operating system for its time, but that time has passed. Your rig looks, on the whole, like something dragged up from the turn of the millennium. My box occasionally has issues with maintain stable FPS, and it's custom built from state of the art parts. If you had the kind of technical proficiency it would take to kick something that old into a condition that matched what this game required, you wouldn't be posting on the forums asking if you could run it.

Actually, shooting people in the knee is a great way to stay friendly. It lets you incapacitate them quickly and reliably, and if your potential threat tries anything, you can just pop him once more and finish him off. If he plays along and keeps his cool, you can always bandage him up and give him a poke yourself; maybe even blood if you're feeling like trusting. If I get my legs shot out, it's usually because the shooter doesn't want me dead. -

Nobody's going to hold you at gunpoint so your overwatch can snipe them, or so you can just abort, run into the trees, log back, and open fire. Holding people up just isn't feasible in the current environment; it's too full of often-exploited mechanics that allow someone to completely avoid danger. -

For some reason, I seem to have one more drive than I normally do on my computer. Labeled "P:", this drive claims to be exactly the same size and have exactly as much used space as my normal C: drive, but inside it contains a meg at most of folders and content, all of which is related to Arma II. Pictures attached. Checking my actual disk partitions confirms there is no physical P partition of any size anywhere on my disk, least of all a 700 GB one. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Oh hey, it's more angry sexist versus the world. What you're hoping to accomplish by repeatedly spamming threads filled with nothing but you arguing with people, I don't understand. You already have a thread about this in Survivor HQ, why make a duplicate one?

I think I'm justified in calling into question the validity of a list that is altered from known data because the creator doesn't understand the link between ammo and noise and "thinks some of those are probably typos" DayZDB is a valid and reputable source of information for Day Z. That chart is another matter.
