+1 Remove it. if there is no HUD it would be too weird to have a cross in the middle of the screen, and it would break the impression of "realism"

I'd like to see canibalism, or just bone ornaments for bandits, you'll lose a lot of humanity, and people can see blood on you, and bonnes of you poors victims.
