to OP: 1. Welcome to the economy in the western world! People are free to invest their money in who- or whatever they want. Thats called a free market. Its peoples decission what they do with their money, if they want to invest it in shit they are free to go! (; .... Really not much more to say about this. 2. The mod has bigger problems then mircotransactions/pay to win. The microtransactions, "+999 guns servers", massive PVP and other stuff are just the result of the mod beeing stuck in development for more then half a year now. The mod is stuck and not evolving anymore which is obviously a result of the original developer (rocket) not working on it anymore. Which is not a bad thing since he is working on the "full" game ofc (;

I must have missed something. Who says it was admin who pwnd you with the heli? I also dont really get the complains about the bad servers/admins. I didnt face a problem like this since nearly a half year. Just choose your servers whisly and you wont have problems in my opinion.

And Yes, it does no matter if it is a silencer or a osprey gunner: The moment you use it you hurt the integrity of the game. Its about princible. I dont say spawnfarming is a good thing to do but AT LEAST the people follow the rules of the game and AT LEAST they invest the time to farm. Again, it is about the integrity of the game and to respect and follow the rules.

Just join a server without players, problem solved. There was a lot of empty vanilla servers last time i checked.

I dont recommend going back to 1761, nor would i play 177. Rather you should take a step forward and play DayZero, which is double the fun, more detailed and balanced. *getting ready for the shitstorm*

set the parameters ONLY in steam and make sure you set dayzcommander to launch the game via steam by activating the appropriate box.

hey dboz, i think i have another idea! if you use dayz commander and steam make sure you dont have the option launchparameters set in both programs because they kinda kill each other! Here are my launch parameters which are ONLY set in STEAM (nothing in the dayz-commander except of "launch using steam" ofc) DO NOT JUST COPY/PASTE THEM WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR CPU THREADS(here: 4) OTHERWISE YOU COULD GET PROBLEMS!!

No offense Cap'n (i like you!) but its not that hard to get recognized these days since the vanilla dayz community went pretty small and on the forums there are no more then about ~25 ppl who post regulary (mods included). So when ppl look around here they will notice ppl who post a lot. btw in my oppinion your fame at least doubled at the moment you took the Flash Gordon Avatar! :D
