Well, most servers aren't updated yet. Probably because of timezones etc.

It's probably the arma 2 game/engine itself that causes it. -

I thought it was removed? Probably the update broke it and you couldn't equip it. But you can still find them and use them now. -

I've never found a single DMR but I've found NVGs, GPS, L85A2 (When it existed) The rocket launcher etc. But no DMR for me -

YES! This idea, I've always thought about it but never wrote it down. As usual people should be able to remove the notes, but yeah. And you need a piece of paper and a pen, probably they're combined together and you can find them in residential buildings. -

Well, I've spawned sometimes in novy sobor. But I wonder how they got all their gear back? Maybe their camp was pretty close to it. You never know ^^ -

As cosmic said, be more careful. Get medical supplies, everything that will increase your life time. My friends and I haven't died for atleast 1½ week now. And yes we're also going to dangerous places such as the NW airfield. But yeah, being very careful helps. And the respawn system is fine, it wouldn't be any good to add an where you want to spawn.
