Yes yes and yes! I've been thinking about this multiple times and never really got the fully idea as you got here, the arma 2 vehicle information does not fit into dayz at all. As you said, fuel-meter, opening the place where the engine is located etc. Yeah, I totally support this

I've found everything BUT nvgs (ofc on other players) and I've been playing since the first day of the mod... -
Might take a while since lingor was out for some weeks maybe a month or 2, not sure and db just got the loot map there ^^

Uh... Once I get home you can get my old huey if it's still at its location where I landed it for free. I'm not a bandit soo.. don't worry about that.

It's if you change server.. Lingor is using a private hive which means you will not keep your gear from Chern and will not save from different lingor servers if it's not a shared Hive. So the answer is no, you will not loose your gear if you stay on the same lingor island server :)
