I'm in the same situation. It's a waste of time now, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, patched, used worrom, used sixlauncher, did manual install, downgraded beta, updated battleye etc. many many times. Nothing works for me. Im using retail combined operations. incoming: obvious advice that we have already tried.

But having the Steam version of ArmA 2, OA and Private Military Company, I need to be able to launch Combined Operations. ArmA 2 and OA, but the patch only seems to work for the non Steam versions of ArmA 2 and its expansions. I need help with the Steam version of ArmA 2 and everything. So are you saying for the people that are having trouble getting it working, just download the previous beta patch and it will work? Beta 93701 and not Beta 93825? I just want to confirm before I attempt this for the 15th time, since I am using 1.7 now. Didn't work for me. Thank you for the tips.

Change cd keys? Buy combined operations and uninstall old copy and then reinstall with the new copy, since cd-keys are binded to the actual cd. I think thats the answer.

Nope, but these are directions for installing beta, as stickied at the top of these forums. So your issue isn't the beta patch I suppose. Other than that I don't know. Sorry, and good luck.

I've succesfully updated with six updater and worrom multiple times. I still get kicked from every server.

You should post this in the approprtiate troubleshooting forums, if you'd like helpful answers.

I think the people that are unable to play are using retail version. Me included. :(

Me and some/many other people are having issues getting 1.7.1.1 to work. We have followed directions to a T, and we just get kicked from servers or some random error. We DO want to play, some of us just can't. So don't take it the wrong way please. The update sounds awesome.

I've been browsing these forums nearly non-stop for the past 48 hours. Check out the troubleshooting forums and look at the posts of people not being able to play, although they were all able to play 1.7.
