Hey guys, so I just realised that in certain servers my chat options get limited to direct, group and vehicle chat. At first, I thought it was just the server acting that way, but I frequently see people using the side and global chat when I can't have access to them. Anybody knows why?

Ok I know there has been a lot of thread already on spawn points for vehicles, but I can't seem to ever see one. For exemple, I went to the spot near the Hotel in Cherno on about 4 different servers and could never see any car or truck that I could enter. I did the same thing by going on the road to the west of Elektro (there is supposed to be 2 cars on the way between cherno and elektro) and went on 3 different server. Still nothing. Is there any trick to catch one or am I just extremely unlucky and each time someone already took it?
