Try loading into a server with a lesser hotfix than what you have. Do that a few times and close game during the loading screen. MAYBE it will put you at the coast again.

Most likely the cause is the fact that your heli isn't completely repaired. You must have all glass repaired as well to keep it from leaking fuel out.

Don't save your tent until you have it full. It only saves after your first save. In other words, if you pitch the tent and then save, then at server restart you will have an empty tent. I wait until i have it full 53 items then save. I have found that to help.
