I believe it is when the sever admin "unlock" your player ID enabling you to play on that server. Usually you will be directed to their forums or such and you sign up for whitelisting. -

Well, it's obvious who the ones are that want to see this game fail since their game failed so horribly... There's an old saying "misery loves company." and damn they must be miserable. I for one am ok with knowing that the game is still in development and is STILL coming out. Oh and is still going to kick that "other" games ass. -

best bet is to run and try to lose them in buildings. They cant run in buildings and you can lose them there. Sneaking doesn't work as well as it used to. -
