even if it wasn't implemented the playerbase here is quite creative, we would find a spot anyways. I don't think cherno was built strictly for pvp but we made it a very known pvp spot. On the other hand a boxing ring would cause mayhem if a bandit got close. Just a huge fight breaking loose and a bandit shoots or throws a grenade into the middle.

update: I passed a fal not realizing it was the really good one with the nightvision optics by the helicopter crash site and my friend picked it up. Hopefully I didn't make a bad choice witht he g36c

last medic I ran into gave me a pellets to the face to decrease the pain O_o

So I was playing dayZ yesterday (unarmed as I was a fresh spawn), I located myself a double barelled shotgun in a barn and it became night time so I was hanging around in it. Suddenly I hear my bad opening and out of instinct I turn and I blas the guy with 2 pullet rounds seeing him run away I thought he got some of my gear so I loaded in slugs took aim, and killed him with one more blast. I run over to him knowing players would of heard it nearby and turns out he took only magazines for a gun I didn't have. Even though he stole from me he was completely unarmed and could of grabbed my pistol but he didn't I felt guilty and so I buried his body (he didn't have any equipment other than mine and 2 pellet rounds I took). To the freshspawn who trid to take something from me, I would of helped if you asked you reached into my backpack and scared me so I shot you. Sorry ;_;

you know what else escalated quickly? zombie swarms when I fired a lee enfield for the first time.

he didn't say he died first but even if he did, he shouldn't of taken advantage of a bug to kill the dude and take his stuff back I would of walked the other way and let the dude have my stuff.

that makes you such a good dayz player! the fact that you combat logged so that you can save your gear and then kill a person who was trying to play fairly. such a funny story AHAHAH!

Very funny coincidence, never heard of this happening as highly as unlikely it is, its actually possible.

As a survivor in the zombie apocalypse duhh. Seriously though I'm pretty sure you'll get standard clothing like the guy said above me.

What would be better would be a locked gun locker that can be looted but you have to shoot the lock alerting zombies nearby and possibly players will notice. The guns can be mid to high end civ and low end military.

Internet could be an issue. Does he have a better internet provider/plan?

that's dedication, the only person I know who crawled longer would be one of my ex steam buddies (he quit dayz and steam and Ihaven't seen him in a while so forget his name) who crawled 3 hours from nwaf because there was not med supplies there. He had a ass50 and m14 aim, as well as another gun (can't remember it) so he crawled all the way to a point where I picked him up and healed him O_o

Seriously how long did it take I can't imagine the amount of time...

yeah that's a far trek. That must of been brutal.

One thing I would love to see would be taking an empty (plastic water bottle) and having a temporary silencer for a bit (after a few shots it no longer works and wouldn't surpress a smuch as a real one). I thiink that would be cool as for random items, I would like to see a shaver be allowed to be used as a knife (the edge part of course) or a bottle used as melee I can see as well.

I didn't have it equipped that was the funny part my mentality is "flashlight is better than a makarov because the flashlight does its job well". He didn't sneak up as much until he opened my backpack and then I turned and got surprised. The only reason why he snuck up was I took my headset off and if I wasn't to have put it on 2 seconds after he snuck up I wouldn't of heard my backpack open and he would of gotten away with it XD

your sig makes me laugh every time I see it, The guy could of done worse, he could of grabbed my makarov (hahah) and shoot me int he back of the head (which wouldn't be as funny because it one hits on the head if I remember correctly). I would of helped him if he asked, but now I feel like a bandit for turning and shooting him ;_;.

Thank you for firing upon me and my friends as we tried to enter the firestation. My enfield was low on ammo and I needed a new gun. You forgot to deal with the rest of us when you broke my friends leg and I taught you a lesson with 2 rounds. I now am well equipped thanks to your kindness. A shot to the leg and then to the head ended your misery and made my day. Lesson learnt for you: walking into a firestation and asking if anyone was around if they were friendly and not responding and then firing on us is a bandit like act. We didn't raid. Also: did you not notice that you loss the beans?! come on man... minimalize your losses!

I was playing on a server last right after a successful run at the nwaf snatching myself a aks-74u (so no sight saddly), a m9 and some food. I was running back to cherno (forgot when you get a ride there its a looong way back), I was running south western when much to my delight I see a smoking helicopter which I immediatly recognized as a crash. I approach it chucking a red smoke grenade to move the zombies away and go to loot it, however much to my disappoitment this what was there ( i was first one to reach it because it was recently spawned). A medical box ammo for an m5 (which I didn't have) ammo for a g17 and that's it. The worst helicopter crash loot I have ever seen (even in youtube videos and such since there wasn't even a weapon) the only good thing that came out of it was I got some morephine and bandages (grabbed a epi pen or 2) but nothing else there was of use ;_;

hehe I throw smoke usually rather then shoot at them and loot as quickly and covertly as possible
