I have the exact same issue. Nothing changed for me that would of caused this. My game was working fine, I left to eat, came back and error after error the same way. -I have validated my game cache. -Made sure both games were running as administrator. -restarted computer a couple of times. -followed a threat to make sure that my target name for the shortcut "arma 2 beta update" in my arma2 folder said "-@dayz" in there or something like that. -I have updated updated beta patch, even tried 1.62 and still same error. If you find a solution let me know please.

That's cold blooded. I know exactly how you feel. I was killed 5 times by people I had came across and helped before I turned stone cold. Sometimes I make the choice to just lurk and watch someone stock up on supplies and avoid the issue altogether. I have helped and been helped by some really cool people. It's rare though. Be highly suspicious of anyone and best thing to do is play with ur friends or have backup to discourage this from happening. I play with 6-7 friends at a time some nights. It's awesome. Our presence alone stops us from being fired on sometimes. Steam me sometime "@rtstarrr"
