The arma site is down for maintenance, i got one instaler but its constantly crashing. Any links?

Hi evryone, i just bought arma 2 oa just for dayz. So i launch it though dayz commander, it says that i havent instaled arma2 (i have arma 2 free and oa). I try to launch it on steam, gets me a few errors, but i cant join any servers cuz it says that im outdated. What should i do? I would love help through here or skype paulys25 :)

My nickname mostly is PonasBebras or KeliuGaidelis I will translate it to you. PonasBebras - Mister Beaver, KeliuGaidelis- Road Rooster (we call the guys with no brain speeding in cars)(its Lithuanian) PonasBebras because we had an old commercial of toothpaste and i just think is funny KeliuGaidelis because its funny too and i can find Lithuanians easier. :)

I am so pissed right now that i almost punched my computer screen, I never do that kind of stuff. (BUMP) EDIT: Decided i will just reinstall evrything, the problem is that my download speed is 500kb/s. Thanks for the help everyone :)
