Need Serious help adding scripts to my DayZ.ST server (I will pay)

Hello I have my own DayZ.ST server and I need seriosu help customising it. I know everything that I want in there but I am having trouble doing it myself... so if anybody wants to give advice, tutorial, how-to or even do it for me (if you do it for me I will pay) Okay so heres what I want Scripts Dogs - should be fully working following attacking etc.. also with the commands such as stay etc... Refuel at gas stations - I have seen this script floating around it makes sense.. Scavage Car parts - Be able to take car parts from other cars and add them to your own... Self Blood Bag - you can give your self a blood bag but you do NOT get humanity points for it... Care Packages - I want these to carry everything but extremely rare... Server Edits Server restart times - Is there a way to make it so my server restarts at specific times? I want every three hours so 12:00 3:00 6:00 9:00 and so on... Custom Admin Spawn Location - I need the admins to spawn at the admin base can I make this happen? there may be some more things i can think of to but there the main ones.
