Best Random Find in DayZ

My best random find, about 2 weeks ago, newly spawned in near Balota, decided to risk going to the airstrip to check out the ATC tower, get in and hear flies,found a body so checked it out , it has food, drink, watch,bino's map,compass etc etc etc along with the AK and 2 mags, and a British backpack, i just picked it all up as fast as i could and legged it through the woods at the back, it was only then as far away as possible did i check what was in the backpack it had an M4A1 cco and 3 mags, i still have those guns to this day. -

Nah! let them be, it's only a game, Hell i changed my name to coincide with my voice and the attention it brings whenever i speak, everyone that hears usually asks are you Jackfrags apparently i sound just like him, so in a fun way i changed my ingame name to CrazyJack it's a bit of fun, -

Totally agree, in just 3 months she has ruined me (trust me i'm not easy) but Chernarus is doing a good job at it. -
Now this would be good, so many possibilities to craft basic melee weapons (find a broom handle and knife/forks in a kitchen) would be fun.

They are the only 2 guns i carry in Day z, The Winchester for when i go loot hunting , its the perfect close quarters almost silent OHK on Zeds, the Lee Enfield for when i fancy using Zeds as target practice at 300m +,

It is silent and deadly i never P v P, killing and avoiding Zombies is my way to survive, and avoiding players at all costs. So the axe is the perfect weapon it wont bring unwanted attention,

Even on servers with adapted Airfields, extra loot/etc etc etc i try to avoid it, mind you that goes for all populated area's Cities/Air fields if there is a chance of seeing/meeting another i'm gone out of there like a shot.

Iv'e had too many bad encounters to even trust a single player anymore, being nice/friendly usually gets me killed, Iv'e got to the point of not wanting to interact with anyone(i know stupid huh), if i see another player now i turn and head in the opposite direction. I spend 90% of my time in the deepest furthest reaches of chernarus away from human contact living of what i find. But there is part of me that wants to have stranger/survivor encounters, it's a conundrum for me. -

I virtually never experience PVP, i make it my sole purpose to stay out in the wilderness, and only occasionally enter danger area's i have all the stuff i need to survive for days etc etc on end, meds/guns/food and water, i see fleeting glances of players and do my up most to avoid them, sometimes i can't but that's DayZ survival wether it's against the elements,zombies or other players, i find it a thrill ride from start to finish. -

farmers have shotguns etc etc, there are British and US military bases across the UK, I think there would be a reasonable amount to go around. -

I'd go with UK and especially the County i live in Cornwall, great mix of large/small towns and countyside/farms etc etc -
Me too im a pure woodland warrior/survivor,i spend 95% of my playtime out in the wilderness, i have a good selection of low/med grade weapons, loads of food/drink, and meds, in 2 tents (well hiddden)enough to survive for ages. Iv'e never killed anyone yet, never been to cherno or NEAF, been to Stary/Elektro/NWAF and Berezino only twice, i find enough stuff in other places.

Day Z is a brutal harsh place to be, it brings out the worst and best in human nature, killing fresh spawns is the worst side it happens (right or wrong) it happens luckily i avoid hi pop are's at all costs, that includes all military spawn area's as well. my least visited places in this game, NWAF/Cherno/Elektro and NEAF. Cherno and NEAF i have never been in. I spend my time living/surviving in the wilderness i have food/meds/weapons etc etc, looted from other areas of least population. in my 150 hours i haven't killed anyone yet. I learnt my Brutal lesson Read my SIG. i'm crazy Jack

it happens though that's the day z world and the players mindset on how to survive by any means possible, not saying i agree with it i don't. but that unfortunately is the way it is in this game, PS: Read my SIG i know what it's like.(I'm crazy jack)

oh! the days of getting to 19 mins out of 25 while loading ELITE on my Acorn Electron only for it to crash, having to rewind and start all over again and 25 mins later getting to play it, damn! imagine the frustration of players today having to wait nearly 45 mins to load up a game. -
I play on one UK498 it has a good population up until 12 midnight,and has everything normal, no weapons etc etc etc it is just plain old chernarus

I just need a place to call home, had one but the Admin kinda went all doolally on everyone, been a traveller for a bit, but now i need a good place to settle down, friendly/mature but fun loving,etc etc. Myself i'm mature i should be at 44 years old/friendly/respectful but i like to have a laugh
