Thought most people who played arma 2 could go by with out generalising everything they do -
Cease fire zone would need the co operation of the whole server (- the bandits) its best for groups or armies to make there came somewhere near a town but not on the outskirts because its rare for players to travel in to the wild unless they believe its a shortcut to the town and the tower on green mountain would be ideal for a trade depot but has its flaws there are holes in the walls

North Chernarus Militia sounds a little like a bandit group NCW North Chernarus Wardens its a mash up of your two ideas sorry I haven't thought of a original name I'm not good at making names
