Admin tool yes, as modifying the zed spawn, weather, time, lock (or not), reboot, kick and ban. Its normal for an admin to have a some control on your server I guess. We had a private server on the mod and we were 5 active admin and we were playing fine. Without teleportation or live map or other admin abuse. We had the anti-hack tool The silent warrior and that all. If we can have the guaranty to don't get any cheater as tp, item spawn and stuff, I don't see the point to have a live map or the inventory view. But sometimes, bug can happen (a lot in Dayz ^^) so, a tp or the possibility to give some gear would be nice. But something like a red message is display on the server chat to show to all the player that the admin is doing some stuff to someone. And give the explanation about it, and player will be able to blacklist or not a server for admin abuse after showing a lot of display message for admin abuse. Something like that. What is the point of hosting and paying for a server if you can't do shit on it ? oO there will be always admin abuse, but if rocket make a system to prevent those abuse, so it could be fine to have some setting. :) -
And what about wound player ? Like if you're bleeding, the smell of the blood attract zombies as well. If you think you're already fucked by bleeding, thats just the beginning !

Hi (h)all ! I was wondering for the SA, do we know if we will be able to find some bigger market in the big cities ? I think that could be nice to see some place like market with different kind of building (size etc) and the same for the other one, like policestation etc.. Its nice to have the small market.. but in a city like cherno.. with the new building, I don't thing that kind of market would be enough to feed the entire population ^^

I'm not sure if you saw the same screenshot as me, with the big building of cherno.. (The one around cherno at least). A small market isn't enough ^^ or it would need to be ressuply every day :P

Its not a question of being impatient, but being frustrated by the different annoucement during 6 months about it.. Every time since we got some new screen or videos/stream, its creating a general paranoïa for the community ^^. We know that to create a game take times, that for sure its normal and pretty obvious, but when you announce a release date, and 6 months after, its still not out ^^ player begin to be annoyed :p -

Its just an exception to modify on the server. (BEC restriction, something like this). Easy to fix :) -

I think people are so impatient its because they thought that they would be able to play the SA around last Summer. Since Dean talk about release it in June, and after he said that he wanted to launch it before the end of August.. and so, the player were kinda disappointed and still very hungry of playing. Now some of them are just trolling ^^ But I still up my hopes for a possible release in December :D :beans: :beans: I would say that my feeling right now is like this -
Hi everybody, I hope your monday is good ! (mine sucks balls as usual) I was on google map, and suddendly I came up with an idea a little bit (very) huge and might be impossible to realise for Dayz. I know that should be on suggestion, but I wanted to discuss about it before with the community. The idea : Why not create the earth in 1:1 scale for dayz ? I know that sound weird and stupid at the first time but just have a look at this : http://i.imgur.com/WN59lyd.jpg [Edit] : Here a zoom on the red county : http://i.imgur.com/EjBwc2v.jpg there is a lot of village inside, and some small city as well. So its not only forest ^^ This is just for an example, I took the France area because I'm French, but whatever. You can see the red and the blue area highlight. Those are different county, there is the same thing for every country. My idea was to create every county of every country and link them with different server. For example, one server would support the red area, and an other one the blue, and to go from on to an other you just have to reach the border line and you will be teleported/transfer on the other server in charge. I don't know if this is actually realist or possible to do, but for sure it would ask a LOT of work. That why the community will help for this. For example, I'm from Lyon in France, and I could easily map the city center, and if there is other people from my area, they could help. And that could be the same for almost every country ! Every county are big enough to be a map like chernarus and of course some area would be no player on it because there is mostly nothing on it, but like in "real life" you would have to cross it if you want to reach a city :) And this might attract some new player if they know that their city is in 3D ^^ I know that we don't have player from EVERY EVERY country and city, but this could be fun ! Because you could evolve in your city, and move along some other ! Example, London is a city of bandit and its very dangerous to go, but Berlin is safe with safezone and less zombies. Of course the whole map wouldn't be done quickly, but every county of it could be done, and after it would be a puzzle to do ? I would actually have so so much fun to play in my city or in some others.. And the funny thing would be the language area ! Anyway.. maybe I'm dreaming a lot, but if one day we could be able to create our own map for Dayz,that something I would do ! Thanks for reading ^^

Put some safe area at the border then :), and since the border are quite big, it would be hard to camp one spot and to get someone ^^ (If there is forest and mountain, that could be hard)

I know that, but that also why I would put a server on every part.. (expensive I know) or maybe few server for few county as well ^^. And it would be more than 100 player if this could happen of course ^^.. It would be all of the player most likely. I'm might be dreaming, but still cool ^^

I will be happy to don't find a DMR on a firestation or a M4A3 CCO SD in the airport tower every day ! :) This will definitely lower the rate of KoS (I think so) in the big city. Of course you will still see some douch do it ^^, but it will be more rare I think. And if the ammo are rare as well, I don't think we are going to find a crazy sniper a lot of time ^^ -
