    Maybe this helps

Get rid of those .50 cal

And what's wrong with bigger gun than yours? There are different tiered guns in the game and it is just natural a anti-materiel rifle can out-range CZ 550, there's supposed to be progression to get better guns from higher risk loot areas and a reason trying to loot better guns and not just get Winchester and own everyone.

So what's your point. They're not intended on shooting people? Yeah, but you can still shoot one at a person in reality afaik and it'll kill him with ease plus you can disable a car driving down the road. They don't have 1km aggro radius for nothing.
  4. Not sure where you're getting that the dots are blue but you could see peripheral dots in 3d even through walls some beta builds back.
  5. I think the 3D peripheral vision, as in those grey dots you see through walls for example did come in some beta build as a bug. Usually the dots are on the sides of screen. It's fixed now though.

    Best weapon

I think AKM has possibility for zeroing the sights, so I'd pick it if all were without some optics.

If You Could Add 1 Weapon to DayZ...

Maxim M1910 - machine gun Image:http://www.theeasternfront.co.uk/Graphics/maxim%20m1910.jpg Since it's a Soviet country. You could drag it with some other guy behind you or maybe dissemble it into a bag (not sure how realistic) and replace your backbag (like in vanilla Arma2 with mgs). And some other equiptment from the normal Arma which you can deploy but they replace your backbag when you're taking them with you. Of course would have to be pretty rare and hard to resupply to balance it out. (couldn't figure out how to damn implement the image with url to post)
  8. Don't understand why some guys want tougher zombies or more dificulity, you can choose in which mode you want to play. Go Cherno for hardmode and challenge and inland for easy mode. (excl. military spawns) I think there should be both ways to play to cater more diverse group of players and different ways to advance. And you still get fucked by zombies if you fire a gun in smaller cities, try it sometime. Bugs most notably 1) Zombie attacking, through walls other objects. 2) Zombie glitching through floors, doors etc. 3) Zombie pathfinding, as in no zig zaging like a lunatic. Features 1) More diversity in arsenal, especially lower tier. 2) More diverse zombies, like bigger ones (bossfights, yay), or like the hunters in l4d in forests. 3) Random events in Chernarus like army convoys, random hind flying over, maybe npc survivor camps, random zombie hordes, military temporary camps etc. (Could invent these whole day but would be too much to write, haha.)
