Unless you spawn along the east coast. The best bet is to use an online map. If you have 2 screens pull it up on the other. If not, print something off. I don't see getting around without one. I usually have one zoomed out on my 2nd monitor, then have one that I can zoom in and out of easily on my iPad. Knowing where you are is the most vital to finding each other. Fair point - I've never been on the eastern coast.

1. ARMA has never been known to be a "standard" game in terms of what it requires to run it smoothly. It isn't really optimized so it uses more power to show less (put in simple terms) 2. Laptops have never been known for their game capabilities - the graphics cards in them are taken down a notch or three from their desktop counterparts due to the cooling issues. 3. The blurring effect is called "Motion Blur". It is common in most modern shooters - Pretty sure you can disable it in the settings. 4. Beta drivers usually work better than "usual" ones for newer games - for older (a year or older) games it usually doesn't help much if anything.

[/quote'] Considering how the game won't let people give themselves transfusions, I'm going to call bullshit on your counterargument - and yes. Eating DOES help recover your blood but on a much slower scale than in real life. In fact the ONLY realistic way to get back blood is via blood bags - blood bags that have obviously gone bad in the time from when they were still in a functional refrigerator unit and till you picked it up and kept it at +room temperatures for days.

Considering how much food you need to replenish your blood - no. The spawn rates are just fine as they are.
