    On the Coast
  1. Put an offroad next to a barracks, then watch and kill every single person that goes into the barracks and attempt to board the car with my M107 30 minutes later and there were loots everywhere on the ground in a 5m radius next to the car. Felt kind of guilty as I tricked and abused them to farm the loots for me though. (even though I missed a few that battlelog'ed - but later they got permabanned haha)

    Nastiest Thing You've Done

Stole my clan's SUV full of M107, M24s, DMRs and M4/AKs and all sort of magazine, then crashed into a wreck along the road Kamenka-Elektrozavodsk and blew it up....

    My little experience at banditry

Just dropping by to update something guys. I've found a M107. It's time for some serious shit and giggles real soon.
  4. Long story short, I typed up then lost it due to network malfunction. It's 0741 local time now, i've been spending the last 3 hours configure a modem and router setup and fixing my crappy line, so i'll keep it simple. I've been playing DayZ for a while now, but there's been something missing out for me. The thrill of dodging bullet in a Matrix-like manner (thanks largely to a shitty DGN2000 router modem which has been decomissioned and replaced 3 hours ago and some 70-years old DSL equipment i've been using. Didn't noticed until I got session lost a lot recently), running away from hordes of zeds, evading people with the dreaded shemagh is just gone for me. So I decided to be something something different. If you fear the shemagh, how about be one of them? I joined up with BHR since I've been playing on the server alot. Aim_Tru3 welcomed me aboard, and yes, there we go, the road to the ultimate comradeship and united in fighting a two front war - against the undead, and against every single other one who doesn't have the same tags and help out with the server monthly price. Whether red berets, black or coyote baseball cap, shemagh cladded or ghilllie, if you aren't on the teamspeak, you are as good as those zeds. We were sitting comfortably along a campfire I made on top of a compound near the township of Kamenka until we spotted a red hatchback heading to us from the East, travelling on the main state road at approximately 70 kilometers per hour. That's weird. Usually the procedure upon entering a designated area one has to go on teamspeak and announce it to all elements within the area, whether an air land or sea traffic controller. So we scrambled and get to postition. One of us grabbed a DMR out of his backpack, and I quickly reach for a M16A2 M203 from my coyote pack. I proceed to take cover and get myself into a shade. The red hatchback veered out of the asphalt and went into the woods. They park it close to the treelines. I was on the binoculars the whole time observing them, but haven't decided anything yet. Two men, armed got out of the red hatchback and head towards the compound. Clearly hostiles, we thought. So we sat there and wait for them to get within ranges. Bloody duraks haven't spot us yet. As the gap between us and these two men closes, I opened fire with a burst on my M16A2. My clan mate followed suit with shots and shots from his DMR ringing up. We weren't really conserving ammo or neither want to kill them outright. Immediately they hit the ground, with one of them must've been struck in a non fatal area. I could clearly see the blood spurting from the trees. So I quickly reach for the map and set a waypoint up to the treelines. 538 meters it says. Good enough,I thought. ( oh and by the way, i found that waypoint and a map could be fairly accurate for distance judging if you haven't secure a rangefinder yet) I aim down the leaf sight. They were 500 meters away. So I got the guy on the left onto my fifth notch, then raise the sight until he was near the adjusting screw. No, I wasn't really calculating. At this distance the leaf sight won't cut it. Neither will the green 3rd person sight do. All I can do is just going to multiply the 250 meters increment on the leaf sight by two then making guess and aim the launcher at that direction roughly, then fire and readjust. "Kinder surprise." I typed onto the side channel. They didn't get what I mean, and still crawl up the treelines in hope of spotting us and return fire. I pressed down the trigger. "Bloop" and "Boom". Off we go. I didn't expect it to be that accurate, but my first shell landed right infront of the first guy and killed him instantly (somehow the kill got credited to my mate with the DMR, he must've been bleeding out and I only finish him off though) They were shocked. The second guy, whose name was 'Bathroom Tiles', was shitting himself. He blamed the first guy for not following his order. It was quite the opposite. Had the first guy follow Tiles, I would've got them both. The maximum lethality radius for 40mm High Explosive Dualpurpose round were 10 meters or so. Enough to break a few bones, send him into shock and pepper him with fragmentations. They were moving in a 50 meters spaced line formation, and when I fired I believe Tiles was moving southward, to my right in hope of avoiding my mate's DMR fire and flank us both or sneak into the compound. The second round went off moments later, heading straight at Tiles' direction. I didn't care whether I will get him or not. What I care about is that these 40mm will somehow injure them, and send them frantically running in hope of getting out of my sight, only to be shot down by my mate's marksman fire. Just as I expected, Tiles were running for his life and got taken down quickly by 7.62mm fire from my mate's DMR. One of us decided to go down and check on them before we advance and counterattack, and he warned me to watch my fire as he don't want to be blown up in pieces like them. I affirmatived, then quickly drop another shell on the first guy and one on Tiles. Better to be paranoia than assuming, that's what my dad said - and that's what got him out alive from Cambodia in 1979. So another 40mm round went and exploded right above the first guy, with the second one landed near Tiles and struck the trees. Both of them were airbursted, I observed. Would have been suffice to finish them off, whether they got a broken leg and bleeding or unconscious and whatnot. So yes, long story short the thrills of banditry and ambushing looters and stockists has now being the main driving force to me. I kill now for fun, not for loot or whatever. I could've done the same thing with a lee enfield or CZ 550, it now comes down to grab whichever piece of firearms i've got and fire them at anything that moves. Beans to you all, tvarishi. And I shall keep on with the killing, whether it will be just shooting down looters around traps and piles of loot i set up or stalking and play a game of sniper hide and chase with a guy inside a firestation in Elecktrozavodsk.
