Arma probably blows your computer out of the water. All those other games aren't near as graphic intensive as Arma.

I honestly think its the beta update and not a problem on your side. I have this issue relating to steady 40 FPS and going into city's at 5 FPS while on certain betas. Your GPU and everything looks good, so I don't think it was a problem on your side.
