Nice kill. M107 isn't that rare, and I bet that when you first used it you shat your pants with the recoil. Also, you should've taken his AKM, more damage than the M4.

Did you bought it on steam? If so, do a file check. If you bought it somewhere else, I recommend installing it again and use sixUpdater to automatically apply the beta patch and DayZ mod. -

Found a Ural with at least 30 cans of coke.

M107 is shit compared to an AS50. The best is probably the SVD. You can use NVG with it and it has a built in rangefinder, coupled with zeroing capability. The DMR is a poor man's SVD. Both take 1-2 shots to the chest to kill. The AS50 and M107 are both a 1 shot kill from any distance, but they can't use NVG. The M107 has A LOT of recoil, were the AS50 as little to no recoil. TL:DR: SVD EDIT: I forgot to mention the L85A2 AWS. It is not a sniper rifle but it has a scope with THERMAL OPTICS. If you're in a group, and you're playing spotter/sniper, the L85A2 is a GREAT weapon to spot enemies with thermal.

Drop the extra pairs you're not using. The extra space will come handy in the future. I dropped an extra pair of NVGs, RF and a GPS because I needed the extra space for food and ammo. -

try dropping the weapon and picking it up again. EDIT: if you have a primary weapon, switch to it and back to your pistol.

i can confirm this. I had my backpack replaced with my old ALICE pack when I equipped a coyote.

We're talking about PvP with a reason, not mindlessly killing players. Military convoys are also a good idea, since armed AI would offer a greater PvE experience. -
Reducing ammo availability is a MUST. Remember that movie "the Road", where Viggo as a revolver with only 2 rounds in it, facing a truck full of bandits? I want to feel like that, hopeless.

You're a retard if you think this is a bad idea. Finding ammo boxes with 100 rounds to reload your empty magazines is a great idea, and way more realistic than finding magazines all over the place. EDIT: An example: magazines don't come loaded from the factory. There isn't a machine that loads bullets automatically into a magazine. Almost every bullet fired from a gun all around the world was manually loaded into a magazine / clip.

You spawn at the place you entered the heli. The heli should be next to the place you disconnected.
