I go on public servers and sometimes private hives if the owners are feeling generous. And the servers I go in do the standard 6 hour, 12 hour or daily reset.

Oh believe me, I tried that. I tried the normal methods, the unorthidox methods and even the deadly methods. Still wouldn't work. If it helps any, the normal ArmA II Multiplayer loads up fine, just dandy as if there was no problem at all.

I am using DayZ Commander. No, I'm not a Six Updater fr00b. This is pretty much any server, ranging from private hives to unofficial to official.

Well I hate to be a bother again but it appears another problem has showed its ugly face. This time, my entire client freezes up whenever I'm on the loading screen or on the "Waiting for character to create" screen. How do I know this? I highly doubt that a server needs 11 hours to load. What's the story?

But then what about all of the servers with the incorrect versions? Unless people are too stupid to update their own DayZ/ArmA II, in which case I can highly understand that.

I'm new to the entire ArmA II series and DayZ and such. But something is amiss, when I attempted to play DayZ, it started up like it should but I saw LOADS of servers with the incorrect mod version and/or ArmA II version, not to mention on some server like the 404Wasteland servers, I appear to be a Crow instead of a british soldier on the roof of Elektro's hospital. Also, the game worked for me some yesterday and now its being very stubborn, I keep freezing up JUST when the game is about to finally load. What's the story?
