Check out BB(link below), we have 2 US servers you can try out. Everyones friendly (mostly) and its hack/cheat/abuse free with a decent size population.

All the BS drama aside ... you were running a hack that caused you to get banned from the BB servers. A hack that YOU ADMIT to using While STILL banned you used a different GUID to access servers that you KNEW you were banned from Not only did you LIE about using infistar to begin with but you were absolutely hostile over it on the BB forums At what point did you think you could get away with lying and using hacks? FYI: Zabn's jokes are hard to get :/

I came upon two guys pinned down in a corner of a supermarket by a guy with an AK. I was able to sneak in the back and shoot them both in the head with a revolver I suppose the right thing to do in that situation was to take out the bandit, but ... meh

The sights on the SVD are actually pretty easy to use, you just have to watch one vid or read on how to use them

I been there for a week or so, the admins are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend (and have) BB if you want to play on a server where the admins are active and fair :)
