    How about having a chance to trigger rare starting location : Wake up in broken car Wake up in hause / in bed covered in blood Wake up on boat near coast Wake up on roof / on roof with damaged parachute Wake up stuck on tree with paracchute Maybe give 1-2% of rare spawn for every hour you survived in world? So when you played for 5 hours a died on next start you have 5-10% chance to tugger rare spawn :I

    It would be cool if you could mark keys. But they cam hold one character, so you know recognize which key is which.

    No new buidings. It would be cool if they can be destroyed/burned to the groud, so you can rebuild then. But remember more noise = more Zs :3

    Image the siege of radio station because someone do not like type of music or some random annoying kid fortified there.

    With hallucinations is allways fun - random zombie stops and start staring at you ,Z charges at you and wanish.. etc. Poor health means more chance to get hallucination.

    So you are immune to Zvirus..... What about get bitten and get like semi ill from Zvirus due to mutation and your weak health. And you can try find cure .... or slowly get some Zombie perks .... pain resistence , eating raw meat with out penalty.

    Abbility to write on map. Abbility to read others players map and journal. / Oh that guy I killed had wrote note before he bleeded out ... ""f*ck you bandit"" :D

    Crowbar opening system - open car trunks etc. / custom Infusion bag - craftable item : to cure hard disease over time, to gain strong pain relief over time ( pain caused by burns can be f crazy) , Do someone know more about medical stuff ? Is possible to take Infusion bag with you? PS: Eng is not my native language , so I can not fully describe this idea with Infusion
