So logged into dayz commander and saw that there is no servers for ovaron at all. This sad there is severs for thirsk but none for ovaron? I mean thirsk is awsome but Ovaron has so much new stuff its not just a map. Also lingor has a small amout of 5 or so servers! This is why I wished that you could load up dayz maps solo with loot and zeds but offline. I hope you can do that with dayz standalone,I know there is a way to play normal dayz offline but its hard to do and is not full proof. If anyone knows of a way to play custom maps in dayz single player let me know. Thanks guys this is just a small update on the state of maps. I cant wait untill stand alone comes out and I can play true dayz! untill then time to fly my heli over cherno,to bad I found it on the coast........with full green,.........damn it.

So went on this server that starts you with a pdw and a winchester. Thats not the worst part there is green cars all over and some helis on the coast! Then I looked at the map "you start with that to by the way and saw a place called "Bambi vill' This sounds bad on paper but what it is,is a big base with ammo crates fulled with m4s and m16 with 100s of mags. I turn out to get my hands on a m24,bizon and m9. I then fly over chenro and see dozens of player crashed choppers and some of the buliding are blown up. This looked cool but should of happend in base arma2 not dayz. What crazy servers have you seen guys post them below. Thanks for reading!

this one time in a overwatch server I picked up a m4 and put 20 round stanag ammo into it and my hand glitched to all hell it was crazy,never played overwatch since but this might change my mind.

dont know much about this try mutliple servers or something,are you using commander or play with 6 or steam?

Ok so guys what is your favorite gun in dayz,not for power or how rare it is just for looks and how it handles,(range,bullet drop recoil scope,not for how many bullets it takes to kill). Not for power because it would be all dmrs up in the grill. Thanks!

ya i know how it is some times numbers and stats are cool I just dont think like that unless I am playing a rpg like fallout 2 where stats really matter.

Its all good man,and ya I do drop the dmr sometimes but only if I only have 1 or 2 mags and the lee has like 5. Also good kill with the axe nothing like running off the beach getting a axe then killing some bandit who is trying to kill freash spawns and stealing all his stuff. Good times :)

This gun is what you get in lots of the op servers that start you with a map winchester g17 and have 500 cars,the its op but we wont say that out loud kinda a server. So I have used it alot and I like it,that being said its cool that you can break the ammo down into double barrel ammo.

only ever got that in namalsk when some AI doped it had one mag and shot some zeds,Its used in arma2 alot by the bad guys though so I know what its like seems cool the one with the night scope is crazy rare though.

OH yes the axe hold on must change something\ If it sounds and shoots like a gun it counts

dont dis the lee,its the dmr that is overrated I drop dmrs for lees,bet you have never killed a bandit with the axe. :) also this is not about use but how much you like the look.

ya super rare but LOVE it. If I could hit anything then it would be higher on my list that reads something like 1.m4 with flashlight 2.g17 3.lee 4.m249 (with a scope is better) 5.Axe
