Hey Guys, i hosted a new DayZ Server few hours ago, but i dont get it how to activate the BattleEye. Yeah, sry for that, my host messed up with the server times, so they stopped the server i think until i changed to the new rules by DayZ

Im an server admin 2. And i dont care about camps and tank trap kits and barbed wire. Once per week, i will lock my server for about 20min and will drive over all the barbed wire in the cities. And thats the only places where i will remove barbed wire, cause its really embrassing for newbies if u cant enter a church or an firestation.

Update: So i asked my hoster, and they said my battleye works properly But i dont know why, in the server lobby, it shows me that battleye isnt required. We will see what the future brings us.

u can replace it by ***** but u still wont get it ;) Okay, wth is a "country code" and "server name convention"? I never used IRC, hope it will works.

I dont know, what is going on, i have to get a new mission field, because someone spawned already a tank, when i started the server to test it. So now i have the battlEye files in the same folder as server.cfg and arma2cfg but still no battleye

Okay, i will try it. my "cfgdayz\BattlEye\beserver.cfg" should be empty, or am i wrong?

my files are in the folders, Expansion\BattlEye there i have 4 files: bans.txt BEServer.cfg BEServer.dll scripts.txt i dont know what to do anymore, google isnt really helpful done, ty

Hello, just found this post, and so i have to reply. Sry for my bad english. So, yesterday i played on Virginia 03. I spawend in Wilderness after death. And after i went to the east, is came to Kamenka. In Balota i died again, and i respawned in wilderness again. But then i saw like 3-4 players around and killed them. Im playing this game now for 5 days, and a friend told me then, when there is in chat, friendly fire, that means i would kill people in the loading screen. Then i stopped this killing and did a restart. But i was really sure yesterday, it wasnt Debug forest, because i were so often in debug that i know how its look like. And the game said me, that i was spawn in wilderness. So, im sorry for these guys i killed. I dont know if they lost everything, i dont hope so. I hope we can clear things up. I dont wanna get banned, cause i love this game so much, even with the long loading time :)
