  1. Hey guys, I've been enjoying the game for over a month now, however I have been having some issues as of patch 1.7.1.5. The issue is that after roughly ~2-5 minutes of being on a server, my character toggles into moving as if I have shift held down. Holding shift down does not cause my character to move faster again, rather it seems to be stuck in that slower speed until I reconnect. Anyone else having a similar issue? Thanks! Borked
  2. Hey all, I finally jumped on the bandwagon and downloaded DayZ yesterday, from what i've managed to play it seems an incredible game, and I look forward to spending more time on it. However, I appear to have run into some extremely unusual FPS issues. The reason I say unusual is because 95% of the time, I'll join a server and be on 10-15 FPS. Whereas the other 5% I'll join a server, and be up at 40-50 FPS. It's confusing me so much because clearly the game can run at decent FPS, it just doesn't seem to want to the majority of the time! Specs: Video - Nvidia GTX 580 (4GB) CPU - AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Processor (6 CPU's) (~3.6Ghz) Ram - 8GB HDD - 600GB VelociRaptor 10000 RPM. OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit I've already done a couple of the tweaks suggested in other threads, such as adding "-winxp" to launch controls (Note, running from Steam). Any help is greatly appreciated! Borked
