Ok, I have both Arma 2, and Arma 2 OA, through the combined operations. A few months ago, I was able to connect to servers, however, now I am not. I recieve the message "waiting for host", and eventually disconnected, and I have to close Arma 2 OA via task manager due to it becoming unresponsive. I am using DayZ commander. I have got the DayZ 1.8.2 - latest installed, as well as the 1.0.5.1 of Epoch installed. I have validated both Arma and Arma 2 OA. I have filtered the servers by DayZ only, and also Epoch only, hiding the wrong Arma and Mod version. I tried a full reinstall of both Arma and Arma 2 OA, however no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys, ive recently bought arma 2 dayz mod for my laptop, however performance is really bad. I am therefore going to purchase a new desktop gaming pc. The specs are as following Intel core i5 3570k Nvidia geforce gtx 660ti 8gb 2400mhz ram 1tb cavier black hardrive CORSAIR 650W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX650 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE Corsair H40 Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler Motherboard- still to be decided-Z77 These are the specifications of the new computer i will buy I was wondering if you could tell me whether this rig is too over/under powered and what i can do to improve it Also, with these settings, what approx fps would i get with normal - high - very high graphics settings Help and feedback greatly appreciated
