Hello, I've(probably others to) always wondered why blood doesn't regenerate, it would be more realistic. What I suggest is that blood regenerates slowly while your hunger/thirst are in the green. The regeneration wouldn't be fast enough replace the need for blood transfusions as those would still be the easiest and fastest way to get blood.
