1.7.7 has been out for two days. Patience and reasonable persistence is always a good thing! As for the actual topic, I agree about the infections and knockdowns. The knockdowns are fun, but when each zombie knocks you down 1 out of five hits and you've got five zombies on you, you're toast (Not correct stats, but just an example) As for infections, it does seem a little crazy to me. I'd like the option to be able to pour whiskey over my wounds with even just a chance of getting rid of the infection since antibiotics seem almost impossible to find.

I think a body type thing would be interesting as long as it wasn't too technical. As much as I love the realism of this game, I don't want to be counting calories in a video game. I feel as though many people have to do that in real life, and it isn't something they'd want to have to do while relaxing too. Or maybe its just me. I agree with this. In reality, who in the world would be counting calories when food alone is so hard to come by. I mean, if we're going to get this realistic anything canned shouldn't even spawn into the game. It would all be eaten within the first week or even day! People would be living off the animals they ate and by the time the hunting, skinning and cooking was done you will have burned enough calories to be able to eat the entire thing and not have to worry. Besides, with the amount of running... nobody is getting fat. And I highly doubt anybody would be able to maintain an extremely buffed body shape either. People on the whole would become leaner. Anyway, to sum it up, I think its taking the realism too far. Edited to add: After thinking it over, it might be interesting to see how many chubby campers there'd be.
