Would player amount have anything to do with the chances?

All i know that if it gets destroyed it takes a week to respawn but even if we go to a different server its not there its like they never spawn....

So me and my friend went all the way north west to this apparent ural spawn and of course it isnt there and now im wondering how vehicle spawns work cause the only time our group ever found a vehicle we were standing around in the tower at green mountain for maybe 40 minutes while someone who had died ran back to us and once he got there he started bugging out that there was a vehicle at the bottom that wasn't there when we went up. So do they only spawn after awhile of you being where they can or we just in the right place at the right time?

Every time i try to get into the server i have a car on with my friends i always go unconscious right when i get in and we have to wait for it and i tried restarting the game and my computer should i just suicide and have them pick me up?

Me and my friend were in Zelenogorsk and we parked our car up in the treeline and he moved in to town and i moved to the power station and i saw another player. Seeing as he scared the crap out of me and i couldnt ask if he was friendly i figured shoot first ask questions later. After searching him i found an m9sd and a mp5sd and figured ok he got lucky but then i saw that he also had nightvision goggles and yet only had the starter backpack. As i searched him i noticed he had an item called Kostey's map case and i was unsure of what it was and figuring it was some kind of hack i just left it there but my friend got it and i just wanted to make sure if it was a problem having such a thing and if we need to get rid of it. We cant find out what its used for whatsoever.

With the new update i made my character a female and at first it was fine but i spawned with low blood and i eventually went unconscious and after my character woke up i tried to meet up with a friend so he could give me a blood transfusion... long story short i fell off the hospital and broke my leg and got eaten. Now after respawning i noticed my character was a male and i cant change back any way i can change this?
