I assume that it would be so hard to make. My proposal would be putting the TPV camera at the same height of the point of the middle of the body. And reducing the angle to 30 degree. And making it 10x close to the body so people can watch their clothes as much as they want.

That would be far unrealistic and almost any of those who support TPV would not like such a thing to be implemented (even Rocket I'd assume). It would mean putting someone in disadvantage due to the way they prefer playing the game. It would be more okayish if the time limit on TPV usage would be added. Like, if there is some people around in a radius of 1km, you cannot use it. And if you fired a gun, you'll have to wait for about 10 minutes before being able to use it.

I cannot life with that mechanic because I dont know what lifing means. I also think that this would serve at no purpose at all. People mostly abuse the exploits of TPV while standing still in the first place. So that would solve anything at all.

could not agree more. All of those who cry for TPV not to be removed are ultimately used to use it to exploit, so they feel like they cannot even play the game without it. as imo, without it, less people would go after killing others around just "for fun". (so less KoS)

Did you check the poll anyway? The amount of "Yes" was 89% however about 23% of the participants went with; "Yes, I'd still play DayZ StandAlone if it would be "FPV (1st Person View) ONLY". I'd but be sad to see that happening." In reddit someone offered me to change the first option with; "Would you still play standalone if Dayz was FPV only, asuming the FPV was improved drastically?" My respond was; "I thought of such possible addable stuff. However, it was not introduced and we cannot know if it will be better or not. Another research can be made when the things are more clear. It is about the sake/clarity of the research." The thing is that we do not know if the TPV or FPV will be improved so damn much (how much actually?). We did not see any introduction about none of the views yet, so making assumptions for some options in a poll would imo not make the results very much clear.

That's I think because servers are made up in default and "DayZ" want not thought to be a different gaming experience but just an ordinary mod of ArmA 2, so DayZ, in the eyes of many ppl, was meants to be an ArmA 2 experience.

You ignoring the fact that there are many servers enough populated to play without making research is the fact making you ignorance. Most of them seem to bee offline (due to many reason, like summer is over, bad server providers etc.) like the majority of all the servers anyway! If the old polls on the forums and on the reddit were correct, the rate of FPV siders should be about 66%-72%. As we can see here, it is about 68%, which is pretty much legit I guess. You have been accused of being such things because you have been deserved to be accused of being such things. I said I know many FPV only servers the pop of which are far better than 99% of the remaining servers in dayz. But you asking for proof (SS ? and a specific number? 7 SS? But you are being rude. A poll has been made on reddit and similar results have been gathered for the same subject (FPV or TPV). Therefore this poll must be valid (to a point) as well.

could not agree more. a minority group of the minority says that it is insulting to be called "cheating" when it is literally what it is, yet those people do nothing but insult "properly" (which is being a hypocrite). Because I stated 4 base-points (said 3, cus I dont have exact numbers for when there were 40-50 votes) that can be considered just fine. 1:"40-50 votes, 66% FPV, 4%TPV, 30% FPV & TPV" 2:"150 votes, 66% FPV, 4%TPV, 30% FPV & TPV" 3:"370 votes, 66% FPV, 4%TPV, 30% FPV & TPV" 4:"581 votes 66% FPV, 4%TPV, 30% FPV & TPV" I sometimes saw 3% for TPV and 31% for FPV & TPV. Whoever following the results can provide my correctness. The results have been public since there were about 150 votes. I might have over-reacted due to knowing how properly this poll went on (must have been so for such results to be able to appear in the first place, as elaborated deeply before) and how many people participated in the research (calling a poll not legit when there are about 600 votes and where you are the one hosting that community activity, is not a nice thing to see tbh) and seeing someone calling the research unlegit. I assure you that this kind of a result for any poll cannot be seen very easily.. Just saying.
