I have a feeling that when he says that they are going to go into lockdown till June that we aren't going to see or hear any info till then. So no more dev blogs or tweets or vids or anything. Just what I think not sure if that's what is going to happen.

Or will it be some random person posting here saying that he just put out on his Facebook and reddit yesterday that the game is out, and all the keys are bought up. :( :( :( It might be that I'm a lazy Internet user but I only check here and the official website for info about DAYz standalone. I think I might join the reddit cult so I can check there too, but that place scares me.

Thanks for sharing I haven't seen the arma 3 way they do it. If it was something like that it would be really cool. I actually like the way they have it set up for arma 3. I hope that's the way he heads when he thinks about doing tiers.

I also thought he talked a lot about not wanting to go in that direction. But that is why when I read this I had to know what other people thought.

Is it saying that the alpha is going to come out and you will be able to buy it for say three different prices and the more you pay the more stuff/goodies you will get??? Do they mean in game goodies or like shirts, video of the making of dayz, suff like that. And if its in game stuff isn't that what warz does? They have three tiers where the more you pay the more you get in game. I really hope that I'm wrong and that dayz does not have pay more get more. I always thought that it would be more like minecraft you pay one price and everyone gets the same game, same stuff. I hope that I am just reading in to it too much and that it's probably more like a special edition thing where you just get extra stuff to read and put on your desk. I would really like to hear what other people think about this.

I would love to say something about this guy but I won't. I would like to say I started playing in August last year and I think you guys have done a great job since you took over, and I like the way the mod is, and the way it is going.

Actually it does matter, he said stupid undead but they are alive human beings that think and know how to do all the things they used to do such as climbing ladders, open doors, or jump fences etc.. They are just driven to rage by the virus. It has nothing to do with lore that's just a dumb thing to say. O.o have you seen the movie 28days later???

They are not zombies. I believe that rocket has said this that they are infected with a rage virus. I see a lot of people on here with the whole zombie thing but they are not undead, that's why when the player dies they don't turn into a zombie, they just die. It is also why you don't get the virus they have because you are immune to it.

I was told by some other people to get a bigger W power supply but not told why they thought I would need more i felt over 850w was to much and not needed and therefore a waste of money. I also think the 2133 is better then the 1600mhz. I was thinking about getting a 3770K but I have never messed with overclocking and not sure if I wanted to I hear there are risk to OCing. Is the 3570K better then the 3770k in some way.

When I first get a chance to play standalone I think I will KOS if the other player has a weapon and there is no way for me to get away unnoticed. I don't KOS now in the mod. But I don't think I will take the chance to die right away in the standalone. I guess the mod has just made it hard for me to trust strangers. I do hope that changes though.

To be honest I have found that most admins are very abusive. I don't think I have been on one server where the admin haven't helped themselves and their friends and if you ever find one of their camps or take their vehicles (without knowing it's theirs) they use the admin powers to track you down, kill you, or wait 'till you log off. Then use the map to find the vehicle and take it back. I have been on really good servers with really nice admins but on every one they have used admin powers to their own gain.

Maybe you were playing wasteland?

That's why I like playing at night Scary. I think this is a great idea though I love getting scared by things that jump out at you.
