The first type can fall into two groups, People who want PVE servers, and People Like the OP. The Second type are people who enjoy player interactions over finding loot.

The problem is that this is not the place to report bugs. Complaining about them here at this stage just creates Negative press for the game. Just report the bugs and play. The reason people are annoyed is that the alpha is not out even a week and people are asking if there helicopter will fly like TOH or ARMA. We need to take baby steps and let the majority of features that the devs have developed implemented before we discuss major game play mechanics. I think everyone is in favor of alpha discussions but lets keep them relevant rather than getting to far ahead of our self's. It is very possible we are wasting our time talking about an Issue that already has a fix. I guarantee they have fixes for a large amount of the bugs but are gathering data and running test builds on internal servers.

Yea the Re-spawn should be clickable when ever. If you get stuck in some geometry or some other bug its kind of frustrating not beingable to even test, let alone play.

HI, I'm not really a youtuber but I have twitch streamed in the past. I'm 23 years old, NC, USA IT Guy I mainly play DayZ and LoL I'm to the point were I'm full kit and have ran a lap around Chernarus. Want to group up with some people and this sounds fun. I am In-between jobs so I have extra time as well.

There are some features in play that are working to prevent this. The condition on items is the big one. If I hold you up and rob you I get pristine condition gear. If I KOS you on site I might ruin all the gear I wanted in the first place.

If you have to ask then NO. The game is very incomplete. The game is unbalanced for the means of testing. Your character can be wiped for no reason what so ever, with out warning. Zombies ignore walls and walk through them. There are tons of placeholder sounds and graphics. ( MY RICOCHET FISTS CONQUER THE WORLD! ) That All said I beilve that this will be one of the best games of our time. I have put in over 50 hours in a matter of 5 days and I have had a blast. I have had such a good time because I understand the current state of the game and MY ROLE AS A TESTER. I laugh when my character runs through a wall instead of looking out the window and kills him self. This is what rocket said and I think you should listen to him.

OR WE ARE TESTING THE WEAPONS. The devs increased the spawn rate to gather data on the weapons. That is also why there is only the M4 as an assault rifle. Your argument looses any credibility about appealing to COD kids when there is only one military weapon in the game. This is not a game for your enjoyment right now. I would guess that putting high end gear gets players to get that gear quicker. Allowing them to gather data on the item. We may not have noticed the M4 accuracy problems yet if you had to head to NWAF to get one. There are reasons for these things right now. We should concentrate on the minor bugs do not worry about over all game balance.

Why complain about balance now when they are probably spawning rare loot at a higher rate to let us test stuff. We are testing a game we are not playing right now. I mean all I see are M4's everywhere this cannot possibly be the final game spawn location. Just relax fasten your seat belt it is going to be a long and bumpy alpha. For this DayZ roleplay server we will be running the DayZ+ mod or rMod, allowing for basebuilding and further endgame content. All players who are playing on the server, will be required to be a active member of the forums. There will be 3 factions, blu for, red for, lone wolfs. We will start with 2 50 slot servers one in the US one in EU, 20 slots for each faction and 10 lone wolf slots. There will be a few cardinal rules of the server. 1. No Hacking (pretty obvious) 2. No killing your faction members, besides lone wolf. ( accidental FF is not included.) 3. Never release the server password with out admin permission. 4. Stay In character, and Have Fun. If the demand is there we will increase the server slots or maybe host multiple servers. Through the forum we will be announcing events that will happen in server. The forum will host 3 private sections, for each faction. and a general discussion section. Events will be posted several days in advance to allow for planning by the factions. I hope this will lead to some ridiculous encounters and epic pvp firefights.
