Its funny to me that anyone can even try to justify it. I hope that rocket has an easy detection method for duped items and duped item creators so he can ban repeat offenders :)

only 2.6% of people have NVG's and you say its basic gear?

get yourself a ghille suit, a sniper rifle then hide in the hills around cherno and elektro. Also rangefinders are awesome but rare. If you dont have one make a mental note of the distance to land marks.

PDW iron sight is fucking awful. Anyway if you have a DMR you should be covering them from a distance.

I often kill people for shits and giggles. Very rarely they have anything I want except food, which I usually eat straight away. Then I just hide their body so all the loot disappears. Cus Im like that. -
funny but obviously fake. Your main weapons cant be looted unless your dead.

Dayz is too unreliable to enjoy cqc. Often I see people warping around and lagging.

Seeing blue dot players on your map is a server side setting. Its the worst setting so avoid those servers if you see it.

Rocket should enforce a rule that blacklists servers that don't update to the newest version after a certain period. The currently there are servers running all types of versions. -

Some people have the ability to host a private home server but most don't.. Who do you think would police the applicants? Don't you think the dev team have enough to do? That's without even mentioning the abuse that would occur if every tom could host a home server. -
if alt+f4 is your in-built reaction to being shot or in danger its pretty easy to hit.

zombies hit harder but its easily to lose them, just run through a building. Before you needed to run 3000m away before they lose aggro (impossible without a heli)

You cant prove he was camping your disconnected body. Its entirely possible he was looting the hangers and you logged in right in front of him.

catch22. NVG only spawn at the barracks in the NWAF. If you discount the heli crashes.
