PKP in DAYZ cheat or legal?

I have still not clear, is within the official DAYZ mod? -
I found a pkp in a dead player at the airport and a once in a camp, comment on a forum and they said it was cheat and that there was such a weapon, that's true?, there is a pkp in dayz? pkp its cheat weapon?or legal? also here there are cheats? someone said they could ban me for it is true? I have to do to get rid of it? Srry for the inglish, tnx . BYES!!!
