I have a GTX550 Ti and the problem with me is the driver version. I'm (was)using version "335.23" and it kept crashing every time to the desktop. I downgraded to "334.89" and the problem still occurred. I even tried the beta versions and still. So I went all the way down to "332.21" and haven't had a single crash.

Instead of having limited colors on items, why not have the items get a fresh new color dynamically each time they are spawned? What we have now: Colors of the Mountain Backpack: Blue, Green, Orange, Red With dynamic coloring, the backpacks should get a unique color. Eg: http://www.thonky.com/random-hex-color/ Also, this is not only limited to backpacks, but pretty much every item that's limited to certain colors.

Here are some things I noticed that could be fixed: Change all notifications you get in the lower left of the screen to the new style messages Add an option to toggle the notifications ON/OFF. Specially an option to toggle the sound ON or OFF -

Err, I'd rather see dead players come back as zombies.

Why? Chances are little for both you and the KOS to meet again in a high pop server. However if you go near to where you died and the player that killed you still around, you will die again. What? You don't want him and you to see each other so you can go loot your body? Useless suggestion.

The animation will only play for what, 6 seconds? Do you seriously orgasm in 6 seconds? Heck, I have launch options to skip the intro and all that shit.

Well I mean, let's say you are looting a town and you are starving to death, and you see only 1 zombie around the entire area, you kill it, wouldn't you want to loot it in hopes of that zombie have some food in his gear? There would be no threat whatsoever from other zombies. Now, if you want to loot a zombie in an area populated by zombies, then that would be a bad idea. Since ammo spawns could be limited in the future, shooting all zombies just to loot them would be kind of retarded because you might just ran out of bullets. Also, like the guy above you mentioned, only some of the items should be lootable as they might be ruined or w/e. Ruined items should also still apply to zombies depending where you shoot them. Typically a bullet to the head should bring them down. Yeah, only certain ways a dead player can come back as a zombie should be implemented. So a headshot to the player won't bring him back.

This is something I really like to see. Instead of keep making new zombie models, just have dead players roam around in the world. Of course this should be limited to some extend, that way you won't have thousands of zombies around. Once dead, apply some type of texture to the dead player to make it look more zombie-like. If you kill said zombie, you should be able to loot him from his original items. Now, if you kill the zombies, then yeah just get rid of it.

With the crowbar, it should take 2 - 3 tries to open the locked door. With the axe, you should be able to smash the door, it then removes missing sections of the door (where you aimed to smash) then you should be able to fit you hand inside and open it up. Since I doubt they make an animation to have your hand go inside the missing section of the door, then it should just give the option to open the door normally. but then again, there are more weapons that can open locked doors. With a gun, just shooting where the lock is and the door should open. Etc..

Yeah, the spawn locations should be random(or it already is?) instead of having it hard coded for certain positions of the map. Since the game is still alpha, there should be more spawn locations in the coming updates.

Instead of making another topic, I just will add here. This should also apply to spraycans. Cans could be filled with a dynamic random color when it spawns and that way you can set the color of w/e you decide to apply it to. The only issue I see here is if you plan to mix paint colors to create camouflage patterns. I guess there are other ways to implement that though.

Instead of creating new models or however they might plan on doing this, they should make a slider if you are wearing a cap. Slider to set the X position of the cap and a slider to set the Y position. THEN you can have it however you like it.

Where in the world do you go to glitch and break your legs? I've been alive for almost 5 days with the same character, looting town by town, city by city, forest to forest and have never ever broken my legs.

In real life, you just don't walk up to a person and instantly know their name. You interact with that person, so you should be doing the same in the game. That's why there's a chat + voip feature.

So let me start off by saying that I NEVER ever pickup paper because its useless(to me).. but since writing on paper was fixed a few patches ago, it got me interested in finding notes people leave behind. but since all paper with or without writing looks the same, I always tend to skip it. So it would be nice to have new models for paper with lines of text across the item, that way we can tell if there's writing in it or not. (Edit: an option to delete our own posts in the forums would come in handy!)
