    picture of the hackers, i was there, they teleported me too them, this photo shows the stuff they like a appache and the box they spawned, another heli is right above the mute button, my name is blocked out for my safety

    i would try a full re-installation of the game, and if you have any of the dlc's reinstall them if you have bought them throught steam it can be down by going into the dlc's properties and verifying the integrity of the game and re running the dlc

    did you run the game as admin, it needs admin privileges to even write the key to your registry
