Amd a4 2.7 ghz dual core onboard radeon 6410d graphics (equivilant to a 6450 512mb) 4gb ddr3 1600 mhz 500watt psu asus f1a5m motherboard (i think thats what it is) windows 7 64bit

but its even after restarts that its like this too. i can hop into a fresh server and get >20 on min, then hop on another server and get 20-25 on high
