    Yea I tried this a while ago in a private hive server. I died a couple of times too, but I figured out that you need to be leaning while your moving around the zombie looking for the sweet spot, then I got the "give blood transfusion" option. He'll keep on hitting you too, so you have to have full health. It's also a good idea to get the zombie alone, also have a tone of bandages and food. Good hunting. Cheers
