They've got to have something planned for the edges of the map and beyond. Would be pretty pointless to bring a road that far leading to nothing, or a massive troll. -

I wasn't complaining? The "Not very exciting" part may have come off as complaining but I wasn't. The terrain and ground textures have vastly improved, same with the building textures. -

Adding new towns, cities, a swamp, a wrecked cargo ship, two new islands, and expanding Cherno/Elektro is updating the map "a little tiny bit"? Geez, it's almost like you know nothing about the SA. -

The layout of Vybor didn't even change that much. Some buildings were just moved a block in some different direction. Not very exciting; it still has the same exact buildings, just in slightly different locations. -

Animations were pretty bad and zombies still look quite buggy. Everything else though was pleasing. They did an amazing job with the building interiors and all the terrain textures. -

Rocket already stated there will be many more civilian weapons instead of military weapons. They've already completed a few.

Some solid standalone footage will help ease the impatience waiting for the standalone. A few days ago I was somewhat complaining about the release date, but now I regret that strongly. Wasn't thinking straight then. :\ Anyway, they should keep track of players' hardware to determine better ways to optimize the game to its fullest extent. However, anybody should be allowed to play regardless of specs. -

The Lapua is pretty much a bolt-action AS50. The rounds are a little less powerful but they're still devastating. Features an easy-to-use scope, zeroing up to 1,200+ meters, and has a zoom feature. Takes almost no skill to use.

No semi-auto, only 5 rounds, extremely loud, no ranging, no mil-dots most are used to. But it absolutely destroys everything (sort of). Really good balance IMO. Personally I'd be fine with the KSVK as a replacement to the now-deceased M107/AS50.

The tackle thing sounds like a great idea but I don't think it will work too good in the mod. IMO it will be too buggy and finicky as zombies often hit you even though they're nowhere in reach.

The helicopter you took down was the Aérospatiale Gazelle (SA.342MT Gazelle in-game) which comes from the Isla Duala mod pack for ArmA 2. It is a fairly weak helicopter but the one you took down must have been severely damaged. After doing some tests it took one AK107 mag to fully disable it. :) -
