4770k/GTX 780 build running on 550w. The PSU is obviously much better, but just take it in considering you're saying this build needs an absolute minimum of 650w. Also OP probably won't be overclocking If the PSU is high quality, 500w would be perfectly fine for this build I'd be happy to take back what I said if you put forth some evidence other than "I'm superior to you in every way and I think this build won't work on a 500w PSU therefor you are completely wrong"

No it's not. This build can easily do 500w. Hell even GTX Titan builds can and have done 500w

500w is fine for that build, 700w is very overkill
