*Suffice*, but temps will still get uncomfortably high. Plus they're noisy as fuck. Overclocking or not, get an aftermarket cooler. You won't regret it.

Arma 2 and DayZ is a gamble when it comes to FPS some systems run it well, others not so much - there really isn't anything you can do unfortunately other than wait for the standalone, which will be a much smoother experience
