Oh and another one. My buddy and I were pinned in the NWAF firestation months ago, probably only the third or fourth time we got up there. Somebody on the runway side lit us up with an M4 and a dude with an Mp5 was shooting at the back door. Pinned, I decided to throw a frag grenade out front to distract them (along with some smoke grenades) and make a break for the woods (thinking an Mp5 couldn't do enough damage). Unfortunately when I threw the grenade I went too high and it bounced off the top of the door and into my stupid dumb face. (BOOM) I was dead and my buddy knocked out and bleeding.

Oh lol Jordan. My own flying related stupidity. The regular flyers in my squad are myself and Viktor and we're both relatively talented with a heavy dosage of insanity. At once stage we had a few Huey's airborne and Vik and I spent most of the time flying them at one another at high speed and passing within a few centimetres of each other. The dumbest thing I have done, hands down, was when I found a Huey up north and hopped in it to find out that it was quiet low on fuel. I flew over to the Gorka/Polana fuel station (near the woods south of Dubrovka) to hover in and fuel up. Now I was a little bit hungover so I I decided after two minutes of failing to land I would just use auto hover, except when I went to push auto-hover i accidentally hit eject and fell twenty meters to my death. Embarrassed, I ran all the way back up there from the coast to find my body yet unlooted but the helicopter partially damaged. As I made my way out of the area another group came rolling in (soon to be the squad that Jordan is in) and I hung around for a while before getting stuck in to them. Fortunately they had the parts I needed to fix the Huey and once the blood and dust settled I threw the main rotor and engine parts in and tried to take off, only to have the rotors smack into the roof of the gas station and send me sky rocketing and spinning in all crazy ways before back into the ground.. Somehow I survived and ran away into the woods crying.

Fully support this, but having hefted much heavier rifles for long distances I am totally against the backpack drop. The LMGs are far heavier than this rifle is and they don't require you to drop a pack, neither should this.

Always take the weapon with ammunition. So many times has this saved me as opposed to grabbing the gun I liked better.

I like what you've calculated here Gews <3 But part of the problem is that even at 800 meters you're still being hit and hit hard, people survive handgun wounds because of shot placement as opposed to power and the round from a rifle penetrates much deeper than your standard 9/40/45 will. You should still be severely wounded (or in the case of the apocalypse guaranteed to die) if you were hit at that range, you couldn't run around like they currently do with a fountain of blood gushing out screaming LELELELELELE U CANT SHOOT HAHA SUXOR.

I know, I've got a notebook next to my battle station with precise ranges to his favourite tree from all over the area. That's why he always logs out when I log in.

I literally spend hours of my play sessions hunting down Steak, Inception or Derpy and putting things inside them against their will. Take that as you may.

I Ctrl+F three pages and nobody said Balota Buddies? Multiple servers in the US, AU and EU and no pay to win. Rolling out custom skins for high level donators but no gear, no items, nothing that is not cosmetic. Pay to win is how the most popular servers seem to run these days, and you just have to find people who don't do it.

Remember kids, always watch out for washing machines when running idiots over. Also, the shot to the leg then run over is almost as good as the drag body off building one.

Just reminding everyone that we have four Australian servers (soon be two whitelisted two public) One UK and Two US servers (One squad themed the other pure DayZ themed with some minor updates and custom scripts to improve immersion). All these servers are regularly updated, have excellent admins and are boat loads of fun. Community suggestions about custom scripts are all evaluated and given the right pressure we do implement them. Come on down and get whitelisted :)

Derpy Hooves, former excellent forum mod and all around great scott had a hit put out on him on our servers. Steak and Potatoes + myself were only too happy to oblige.

Was on the coast scavenging parts to fix our damaged helo when a fresh spawn started following me up the road to our vehicle. I did not wish him nor the rest of the server to discover our location, so I broke his leg in the massive empty shore area between Kamy and Elektro and left him there. He was crawling to Elektro 20 minutes later when we flew past. I waggled him a goodbye and left.

Hey, why don't we name Cans/Drinks after them? Considering it's only a cosmetic thing but is at the same time pretty cool and anybody who gets angry about it would clearly be a selfish aspie bastard with no care for other people's feelings, enjoyments or right to privacy. I mean who would personally attack somebody for liking ponies? Only immature people who believe that the world exists to serve them and that nobody else deserves credit for their hard unpaid work would say that.
