I managed to find something which pushes my FPS up to a steady 28-32. Launching the game using -winxp

I've had people tell me it's my CPU because it's only 2.40GHz - Intel Core i5-2430M 2.40GHz But my friend plays it on 3gb ram, with 1.60GHz on an old alienware system he has, and doesn't lag at all.

Most have them have a similar if not the same CPU speed :/ Full dxdiag save for anyone who needs:

With all settings set with the above information, along with the RAMDISK. I'm still getting a maximum of 18fps outside of cities which drop to about 6-7 inside cities...

Hey, over the past 5-6 months I've been playing DayZ a decent amount and have always found myself to be playing in terrible FPS conditions and don't actually know why. I play with quite a few friends and know that the specs of my laptop are better than a few of theirs but they don't seem to have any problems with lag or FPS. Could I get any recommendations or suggestions on how to improve my Dayz experience? My specs: Thanks.
