We have a pretty chill group of about half a dozen or so players and are looking to get some more players involved in our server so we can start hosting events and other fun things. I've had my own server for a little while now, but just yesterday finally looked into adding more custom things like extra buildings and stuff. I managed to add some extra barracks and some random things, but I can't seem to find Hospitals, or Firestations and the like in the list? So... here's my questions. 1-How do I go about adding Fire Stations, Supermarkets and Hospitals? 2-When these buildings are finally added to my server, will they automatically spawn loot, or will I need to spawn loot there myself? I'm using DayZ.st, if that makes any difference.

All I have to do is drop those in the folder then I can edit in the 2d editor? Which addons folder do I use exactly? I think I'm doing something wrong. I keep getting an error message when I try to sign on after moving the files. I'm putting them in SteamApps/Arma2OperationArrowhead/@DayZ/Addons. Wrong folder maybe?

Sweet, thanks! I'm running a DayZ.st server. Is that what you mean? I'm installing that right now. Hopefully I can get it to work. I've only added a few buildings yesterday, and they were barracks and shipping crates and random stuff like that. I did it by ctrl e and using the 2d editor in game, then doing the stuff to SQL in my dayz.st database. It's not that hard, but it didn't seem to have everything.

Looking for a new server to call home? You've come to the right place! Recently I've created a server and the past few days have been posting here on the forums to increase the population a bit. Our population is definitely getting bigger, but we could still use some more active players for our community :) REASONS TO JOIN OUR COMMUNITY: -We have a TeamSpeak server available for anyone who plays on our server. -We don't believe in abusing admin power. We're just regular players that were tired of the BS. We won't push you around with server powers, even if you try to kill us in game. -Haven't had any major issues with hackers yet, but if we do, we may reroll the server to avoid you losing anything you've worked for. -Did I mention we have this server currently set for 500+ vehicle spawn points (which may increase as the server grows in population?)! So don't worry about being able to find a car! Fixing them, however isn't always as easy... -We have 15+ Helicopter spawns throughout this map, so take to the skies, friends! -We encourage friendly, helpful players, but to be honest, we would love a "bandit" side of our community to grow as well! Right now there's about a handful of us who play on this server a regular basis, with a few stragglers here and there, but we are looking to increase the population right away! A LITTLE ABOUT US: The four of us started playing together in another MMO a few months back, which we ended up leaving to play DayZ. Once on DayZ, most of the servers we joined, we found ourselves either getting screwed by hackers and admins who didn't care... or even worse, we found ourselves being bullied by the admins themselves. We really enjoy this game and decided to rent our own server... as well as a TeamSpeak server that is available to anyone who plays on our DayZ server. Now we have our newly found "home"... but, we lack the community. We enjoy meeting new people, and we enjoy friendly PvP as well. That doesn't mean we won't help you, though! If you need a hand, feel free to ask! We just may give you some assistance! Afterall, we're all just trying to survive the apocalypse...
